Excellent location for public transport travelers: Four tram stops from the main train station, the stop is just a few steps from the hotel. Friendly reception, large rooms with everything you need, quietly located. A big plus is the huge garden (4000m2) with cool spots and water features. The breakfast buffet is quite good, although the thermos for the coffee is no longer quite up to date - a good self-service coffee machine would be a big win... But even there, the service is friendly and the guest does not even notice that staff works here who might not find employment elsewhere (inclusion hotel). In addition, the hotel charges very moderate prices. I have been there several times and would love to come back.

We felt very welcome. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was good and there was also filter coffee and not just coffee crema from the vending machine. Thank you, it was nice with you.

The hotel offers an affordable alternative to the city centre hotels. The nearby S-Bahn (Nordbahnhof) provides quick access to the city. The room was very large, quiet and clean, but had a certain hospital room character and was therefore not necessarily homely. The breakfast was rather simple.
