Hotel Panorama Am Adenauerplatz

We booked 4 nights, for private reasons we had to cancel our trip at the very last moment, I informed them on the evening of arrival....or better I tried to inform the but NOBODY answered my countless calls in the same evening or the morning after.....I left several notice on the voice recorder, but NOBODY CALLED ME BACK !!!! - I wrote them 3 emails to which I got answered 3 (!!!!!) DAYS later. THEY CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT!!!! .....I NEVER HAD THE POSSIBILITY TO TALK TO ANYBODY..... VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

A City Break in Berlin, I stayed for three nights in this hotel and I’m happy because I choose them, close to the airport and all other tourist attractions. Friendly staff, clean and warm rooms I felt welcome! Thank you! 👌🏻

Please dont stay at this hotel. I contacted Booking.Com that I would be cancelling and they still charged me the full price. Even when I phoned the hotel about being charged they were not helpful. They charged me full rate for not even staying a night. I booked two nights and was charged for both of them which is still not policy rules. They only want to take your money. If you travel to Berlin dont stay there.
