Great location at Rosentahlerplatz, small but clean room, decent spati. Exactly what we were expecting.

Expectations were not that high since we acknowledge the fact that it was the "budget" level for Accor Group, however basically no housekeeping for the three days we were there and also breakfast too basic for required price

I have been a guest at this hotel multiple times. Compared to a previous stay, the performance of the room cleaning has improved. The room size and the services of the hotel are, as usual, good according to the classification (you book 1 star and you get it). For me, the central location of the hotel was once again decisive for a repeat booking. During this stay, I occupied a recently renovated room (blue wall color instead of green before). At breakfast, the usual offerings are available; one always finds something and gets full. The Wi-Fi was good. Several tram lines and, for example, the 200 bus depart in close proximity to the hotel. Just a few steps behind the hotel, there is one supermarket and one pharmacy. Due to the central location, one must live with a certain level of noise. Those who wish to sleep with the windows slightly open should bring earplugs.
