There's something quietly settling about walking into a hotel that doesn't try too hard to impress you — Maritim proArte is exactly that. Central, calm, and honestly a good place to unwind with friends after long days of exploring Berlin on foot. The location is unbeatable — minutes from Unter den Linden and easy train access from the airport. Rooms are spotless and the breakfast buffet is generous. Staff at reception, in particular, get a lot of warmth from guests.

This hotel is stunning. My room was clean, the fridge was quiet, everything worked. I was able to leave my luggage at reception after checking out free of charge until it was time for me to go to the airport. Within walking distance are: a train station, Aldi and a couple of great bars with a dancefloor.
