Good value for the money and friendly service. No air conditioning, but fan in room and on shady side of street; so comfortable to sleep on lower floors. Can have a balcony in the room or use the balcony by the bar. Guaranteed, reasonably priced car parking a plus. Room on street not noisy or try the courtyard rooms.

The hotel is located on a four-lane main road. Everything in Schöneberg is easy to reach from there. The subway and bus (right outside the door) stop in the immediate vicinity. My room was on the 3rd floor of the old building facing the street. The street noise was constantly present even with the windows closed. The elevator has obviously been broken for a long time. The information signs on each floor are laminated. The floors in the stairwell and in the room are clearly giving way in some places. The room's furnishings, especially the bathroom, are no longer up to date. Another example is the WiFi solution, which repeatedly requires the user name and password to be entered for an open network. A breakfast buffet was not offered due to a lack of staff. However, there was no information about this before arrival that would have allowed us to prepare for it. All in all, this accommodation needs investment quickly. Until this happens, I will not set foot in this dump again and strongly advise everyone against it. I would rather use AirBnB.

I have nothing bad to stay abot the staff who was helpful and the place was very clean BUT the facilities such as the furniture were looking as if from the 90s. Wifi was on and off constantly. My room was on the second floor and as the hotel is next to a quite busy road- it was very noisy (ambulance cars at night). It was hard to sleep. They do provide earplugs however :) I would not stay there again.
