Great location close to underground stop and within walking distance of any tourist attractions. Good dining options nearby. The rooms were spacious and the spa facilities were excellent. Very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was great.

I recently sent a couple of nights at this hotel, travelling with my 20 year old autistic son. The hotel was fantastic in every way. They accommodated an early check in which was really important for my son. The staff from front of house to the housekeeping staff were super friendly and super helpful. Nothing seemed like too much bother. Breakfast is excellent, so much to choose from, something for everyone, from cooked breakfast,bro cold platters, protein foods, fruit, bread band much more. My son also ate lunch and enjoyed it very much too. The beds were super comfy,vrye showers brilliant, and the air con was great. This place offers real value fur money . What I paid for 2 nights with breakfast I'd pay at least the same, if not more in an okay hotel down the road from me in Ireland. Highly recommended.

The NH Collection seems inconspicuous. It is a large functional building. Unfortunately, the reception was also purely functional. The DB information desk has significantly more charm in some respects. I was compelled to present my ID and provide a signature with the explicit note that registration regulations had to be followed. To my objection that this formality for persons with a German passport / identity had been abolished since January 1, 2025, the very resolute lady at the reception replied that while this had been discussed, it was never implemented. Aha - condescending and also wrong! If I would not sign, then I could look for another hotel. Note: The hotel had already been paid for. This less-than-polite reception was my first impression and was only partially mitigated, for example by the very friendly staff in the restaurant. The location of the hotel is good, but a certain backlog of renovations can also be felt here: The bathtub looked worn, and I had to repair the holder for the shower hose myself first. The hallway to the rooms looked sterile and uniform. Furthermore, there was a very poor connection to the mobile network in the room. So a return to the hotel is only given because of the location. All other factors need to be significantly reworked.
