Residenz2000 Hotel Berlin

I am really sorry but I need to be honest. I feel we were sold a voucher to this hotel, which is a SCAM. In last 2 years, we tried to book 2nights stay ( !!! ) in this place, but looks like the management is doing everything to avoid this booking and is waiting until it will expire! They reply at our email once, to say the dates we would like to book are not available and gave us 2 months in the next year when we could book the room, but how we could do it , if Mrs Laura Klett, never ever answered the phone or replaid at email to propose direct dates or agreed at anything, even tho we are so so flexible. We were so patient and all we wanted to set any 2 days which suits not even us as a customers but at least them, but it was impossible I was calling there few times per week and what shock me was that somebody was disconnecting my call each time I wrote really kind, nice and understandable email, where I asked for any dates in the next 6 months available, as I wanted to avoid this situation and receive something what we paid not the smallest money , but suprise, suprise... I think this place is a scam :( :( :(

Very nice and comfortable place. There wasn't any problem in the hotel, we managed to extend our stay for one more night (even if when we sent email they told us it's not possible). Very nice staff, clean room with safe, ironing board, hairdryer etc. I'd probably go there again while visiting Berlin.

Great location, big comfy bed, room was a nice size, staff was helpful and nice, near a bus station and S-Bahn. Can sit outside at table and have breakfast and coffee. Only complaint is that it gets hot in your room, if your window faces the sun.
