Rs Apartments

No frills apartment in a social housing block. No lift on site despite advertising such. Could be a problem as there are 6 flights of stairs to climb. Very basic furniture; kitchen equipment in way of crockery etc. woefully inadequate. On the plus side, good location, a small balcony, decent free WiFi, and generally clean.

Stayed here for event at Messe Berlin - location is okay. But first impression was not good. Emailed a few times about key collection and did not hear back then they could not accommodate our request. After getting the key the room smelt musty. Main corridor paint was falling off the walls. Hole in the bathroom ceiling and the rest of the ceiling was stained. Wooden floor was worn away in bedroom area and wallpaper was starting to fall off. Bed was like a brick. One roll of toilet roll and 4 small towels for 2 adults for 4 days is not good enough when paying almost €60 per night. When asked for more toilet rolls we were told it is not expensive to buy in the shop.. would definitely not recommend here and will never book an apartment again. Should be shut down and fully refurbished. See photos attached.

I booked this apartment for the ITB Is well connected to the south entrance of the fair , you can easily reach with the metro 2 stops The metro is very close to the apartment The house itself is very nice but No window shade The mattress and the pillow can kill your back and neck No welcome water or coffee Quite taught to contact the guy who works for them Check in at 16 ! And no storage for the luggage No security box and the main door is not safe Please invest some money !
