We wanted once again nice and delicious lunch. Are hungry and frustrated back home. Price performance is not possible.

We were on site – for us this is not a hotel, but rather a hostel or a youth hostel. Without a car, the journey is very cumbersome, a pickup service from the train station is not offered. The rooms are tiny, beds extremely small and uncomfortable, the sink downright miniature. The Price quality ratio in the restaurant surprised us: overpriced prices, plus a very unprofessional Service with waiting times of over 90 minutes. Several times orders were brought incorrectly or incompletely. The staff seems completely overwhelmed and has little to do with gastronomy. The situation at breakfast was particularly catastrophic: a chaotic waiter, plus a waiter who was extremely rude and cheeky towards the guests – we have never experienced anything like this. Conclusion: Better to book an Airbnb or accommodation in the area – but we will never enter this house again.

I stayed/was here with a larger group of seniors for 2 nights, and our opinions about this accommodation vary greatly depending on whether you stayed in the main house or the guest houses. Those in the main house were very satisfied, those in the guest houses less (I count among them). Some are so disappointed that they "certainly don't want to come back." I have already told my complaints directly to the reception, but I would like to list them again here, so that it is not forgotten to do something about it: There is no bedside table or any kind of storage facility on (on any side of the bed), where should one Take off your glasses? Or the mobile phone?(also no socket near the bed ) One side without lamp. In the bathroom the sink: a "spit bowl" of 28cm diameter, no storage for any bathroom utensils, toiletry bags, brushes or the like, no rod for damp towels. Please attach wall shelves if there is no space for cupboards! No instructions on how to get on "normal" channels (news), Netflix, media library etc... are available, (I finally made it, but instructions would be good). Wi-Fi: You are alerted to security problems of the network, can't that be better?? Access to the outhouses is anything but barrier-free, zT steps without railings, for seniors (with suitcases) an imposition. Finally, the booked dinner buffet on the first evening, 25€/person, (34 people), what could have been nice to offer, but a floury "asparagus soup" as an alternative without starter, breaded schnitzel with sauce or vegetable lasagne, no kind of salad, no dessert... For the sake of honour it should be said that the breakfast buffet the next morning was impeccable: a nice surprise!! There are still renovations underway and maybe everything will still be very nice here, but at the moment I could not recommend the side rooms of the hotel and do not think fair when all guests of our group pay the same price with such great comfort differences.
