The hotel offers a good retreat both when you are traveling for business and want to work in peace via "home office" from your room, as well as for relaxing and unwinding when you are traveling privately. The sauna was perfectly set at 96 degrees Celsius and offered pure relaxation... The breakfast buffet at the Best Western in Mahlow is legendary with a service team that leaves nothing to be desired in terms of friendliness, courtesy, and service competence. The Tunisian chef is a blast - a true luminary! I really appreciated and enjoyed the conversations with him, but all the other staff members were also always attentive to the guests. This makes it easy to feel truly comfortable in this hotel... Thanks to EVERYONE who contributed to this! What was originally planned as a one-night stay thus turned into ----> 5 nights / days in a row this time. Many thanks for all the efforts to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Everything was to your liking, this was the 2nd year staff is very friendly and have earned a kudos. Beds sleep well and clean rooms. And the buffet is TOP.
