Best Western Queens Hotel Hamburg

Hotel for a stopover during our trip to Norway. I chose it for the location (hotel parking available at 15€ per day), in front of the Stadtpark, a truly huge green lung and perfect for going with our dog. They were very kind, letting us check in early at 8:00 AM instead of 3:00 PM at no extra cost! Very good and rich breakfast at 20€ per person. Obviously dogs are allowed with a supplement of 15€ per night.

Booked the hotel due to its proximity to the park, where we attended a concert. In short, the room was overpriced. Very small rooms, dirty, stained carpets and a penetrant smell. Breakfast and parking need to be paid on top. Breakfast buffet was average and not worth the price. Staff was mostly overwhelmed. Only one tiny lift was working. Would not go back there.
