The NH Collection fulfills everything one expects from NH Collection hotels: good organization, friendly staff, cleanliness, nice rooms, and a perfect breakfast with omelets made to order. The hotel chain always offers complimentary water, gummy bears, and fruit in the lobby throughout the day. During our stay, there were also other complimentary drinks, free sunglasses, and sunscreen at or next to the reception.
The area around the hotel is lively. You can quickly get to the Reeperbahn and the streets of St. Pauli. Twice a year, the Hamburger Dom takes place right across from the hotel. Anyone who likes to sleep with the window open should perhaps book a room facing the garden during that time.
The hotel's underground garage offers a sufficient number of parking spaces.
