The most chaotic check in procedure I have ever encountered. It was self check in and there was a huge line and everyone had problems and there was only one receptionist to help everyone so it took forever. We arrived to the hostel because of delays in trains forcing us to stay overnight at another location. We call them twice to make sure they don’t cancel our reservation. And the tell us they won’t. However when we get there they have canceled our reservation! And when they finally figure it out after an hour because of the chaotic check in process they gave us the wrong room because they gave our room away after they canceled.

Good central hostel. The beds have curtains which allow for a bit more privacy. The staff is friendly and it is clean everywhere. You can stay there comfortably for a while.

Smooth self-check-in and an OK room for a resonable price. Nice staff but not everything was prepared in our room. We were three persons in a private rom but only two had linnen and towels. We had to remind the reception three times before we got the linen. The towels never came. Also loud disturbance during the night, with people coming in talking very loud and slamming doors in the middle of the night (past 1.00). No reaction from the reception when it was notified. Easy fast check-out. Good location an ld free parking right outside.
