Rock hard beds, only got a set of towels for double rooms. Super small room. 23 Euro for breakfast ! No air conditioning. View from the room a large fan drum.

Perfect hotel. Would with small adjustments get higher grades. Located near metro and car rental. Reasonable breakfast and clean stylish rooms. A restaurant and a bar as well as a gym and Sauna are appreciated. Had to borrow the staff room to iron my shirt… charming but I would have needed help to solve it by house keeping. No bottle of water in the room is OK. But a bottle with the text - ”we offer one bottle per visit” is a bit boring, one per day might be nicer? An empty off minibar fridge is also strange. Shoe polishing machine is plus - out of shoe polish is minus. Umbrella in the room and extra bonus with a free public transport ticket are above expectations.

As so often, a few points need to be distinguished: The overall condition seems to be decent. The kitchen offers a buffet in parts or sometimes a menu. For me, it was a mediocre but absolutely uninspired menu. The room, on the other hand, deserves a rating of poor. The room (208) is built around the bed, very small. The bathroom hardly offers space to turn around. On one side of the room is the elevator shaft, which is clearly audible with every ride. On the other side is a storage room for housekeeping. The hallway is more than soundproof, and the gap under the door does not help. The well-audible sewage pipes from the upper floors are the least disturbing. However, one very positive thing should also be mentioned: the lady from housekeeping not only always had a friendly word and a greeting, but also a smile. Other people in the house found that very difficult.
