We had good experiences with the hotel service, etc., until now, but what we experienced during our short trip from May 22 to 25, 2026, can be rated as a bad experience. 1. Television without a stable picture, with stripes and shaking. 2. Shower controls can only be operated with dry hands, as they slip when wet. 3. Access to the hotel at night was only possible after 10-15 minutes despite the bell on two days. 4. We booked breakfast separately at the hotel for two days. All overnight stays were charged. Noticed just in time. 5. Huge pillows, far too large. Well, there are other hotels nearby, such as Rheinischer Hof.

At the Hotel Concorde everything is just right: From pillows to teabags at kettles in cupboards to perfectly cooked breakfast eggs. Everything is there and in the right place. In addition, the atmosphere is warm and familiar and the journey from the S-Bahn to the reception takes less than two minutes. It's wonderful. I always like to come here!

Nice service, good food selections, some activities are nice and fun makers team always trying to engage people around in the events. I would love a better music mix in the parties, but overall good. I liked the aqua sports and the pilates session.
