Mercure Frankfurt Eschborn Sued

4 nights business stay: 2x no housekeeping and 1x no breakfast as ONE employee sick. Rarely experienced such a bad 4* hotel. Bed up: Misrepresentation. After a complaint to management, this was asked for an apology, but nothing has improved.

My room was Mercure Standard: Great, comfortable, clean. The bathroom, too. Breakfast was varied and really good. The staff was friendly and competent. The hotel is close to the S-Bahn and is therefore also a good choice for trade fair visitors.

20 minutes by car from Frankfurt Airport / Small room / No view / Uncomfortable bed / Nothing other than Ambitious shampoo and body wash / Breakfast somewhat poor / Friendly staff at some restaurants
