Clarion Collection Hotel Frankfurt City

Horrible service, the manager (receptionist) was such a rude and disrespectful person and and didn’t allow me to even stand inside the hotel just because I hugged my girlfriend in the lobby. The area is dangerous and full of drug addicts and please stay in any other hotel but there where they charge you for everything even drinking water. The hotel allows visitors, yet the manager was unnecessarily rude and hostile from the start. Instead of treating me with basic courtesy this man who walked up to my face with hands out and yelled to leave the hotel. Even though every single hotel I’ve been too allows for guests to even see their friends hotel rooms. A strict and unwelcoming facility in the worst neighborhood in the city.

This hotel has a 4 star review on line but found out upon arrival is located in an undesirable neighborhood Frankfurt. Drug addicts and prostitution all over the neighborhood. I booked for two nights and checked out the next day. I asked for one night refund and this rude man at the front desk refused. For your safety and better accommodation, please don’t stay at this hotel. I will not give them even a one star but I can’t post this review if I didn’t.

We came here today. Mohamed is so nice and friendly. He gives us full support .Best place to stay!! No hesitation to book it.
