Maybe we should laugh so we don't cry. We're leaving after two bad days. Check-in with an assistant (thin woman with red hair in a bob) who does not even leave Wi-Fi (the site says that Wi-Fi is free) but it does not work so you have to go down to the reception (when someone is there) to get passwords. Because a 4-star hotel doesn't have a phone to talk to the front desk so you have to use a lift similar to a freight elevator to communicate with the staff who are always absent at the desk. We still move on to the promised room with flooding of an impractical shower you should call the fire department. The top is that there are stairs to the reception floor. Scandalous. I had to ask my aunt who was staying at the spa not to come and see me because there was an unthinkable staircase. I still can't understand how it's possible that these people work as n the cost of more than 200) per night

We were very satisfied, the staff was incredibly helpful for parking, also very friendly. The room was large and very clean. The beds were also comfortable. We only had one night because we had an event in the evening within walking distance. Breakfast was very good. We will gladly come back if we need an overnight stay in Bad Homburg.

The hotel is not the most modern but it is clean and charming. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and is kept in great order by the staff and constantly replenished. When they saw our dogs, we were given an upgrade to a larger room for a small additional charge.
