Our first stay in Germany. It was OK. But I found it half loose, half dirty, carpets give an impression of dirt. There was no breakfast. But there was room to store food without problems.

A fortnight ago, I was on the 6th floor, room 64, it was good. There on the 7th floor bedroom714. Take the elevator to the 6th floor and then the stairs. One light that worked for the bedroom, bathroom light on the HS basin, no remote control to operate the air conditioning and all under the roofs, how can we assign rooms in the state.

Hotel booked as a mistake in wrong Frankfurt, after explain that we are 7 hours away and technically not possible to stay in this hotel we ask for full refund basically straight away after booking. Hotel rejected and charge in full. Beware !!
