Hotel Neue Krame

Great location, however apartments could have been cleaner. Cockroaches were found in one of our rooms. Disappointed that I reported it twice direct through the booking app direct with the apartments, however I am yet to receive a response.

Would NOT recommend. First of all, I arrived and there was absolutely no reception - literally no staff present in the building. I managed to communicate with a guest in the elevator who said they received an email with a room number and code, however, I had never received this email. I tried calling the hotel number listed with my U.S. number and a friend's EU number, and the phone number advertised was inactive. There was no email listed either. I finally called my credit card company through which I had booked (incurring a large international call fee), and they were able to contact the hotel and have them send me the email. The email came from "hamza amiri" in all lower case rather than an official hotel email. I finally got into my hotel room an hour after arriving, only to find small bugs on the carpet and someone's pubic hair on my bedding. The room was definitely not well kept or properly cleaned. There was also no reception, free breakfast, or luggage storage as advertised, so I had to drag my bags around with me. Luckily, I was only staying there for one night. Stay away!!

The owners of this hotel are crooks! | paid for my room 24 hours in advance and never got the chance to stay there. When I showed up, the access is through door codes, which I never received! It has now been over 72 hours since I was supposed to check in, and they have still not sent me access codes, nor answered any of my emails or enquiries through the booking website. In the description, it says to visit their "sister hotel" nearby.. the Miramar, if you have an issue entering the hotel, well I did that and the clerk there just shook his head, and mentioned something about being unable to help. I am now back in America and have still not received any explanation or correspondence from this hotel at all, they simply took my 72 Euros and left me hanging. I must now report to my credit card company and try to refund. You have been warned, STAY AWAY from Kraeme am Romer!
