Hotel West

A very well maintained and sympathetic hotel in the family business. I had a rollator and I could sleep in a single room on the ground floor. Large screen TV, drinks and snacks available. Refrigerator. Bottle of water every day for free. The or coffee with the boiler. Nice bathroom with toiletries. Modern shower. Breakfast to put together. (Tick list). Very good transport connection with tram 16 and underground U4. (Hbf, Museum Städel, French Consulate, Skyline Plaza, Fair, Roman Cathedral, St Paul's Church).

Very clean overall; staff was extremely friendly and open to all our wishes; breakfast is very good; location is perfect and very close to transport means and to shops. Rooms are big and equipped with everything. Thank you to the staff ! we definitely recommend this hotel to everybody.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful, since this was close to my office and also a very clean property. The room was very spacious. The staff was very hospitable and made our stay pleasant. Thanks to the staff as well!
