For about 350 € per night – even during a trade fair – you expect a room that is technically flawless, clean and neatly maintained. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.
In the first room we immediately noticed several serious points:
• Electrically hazardous installation in the bathroom: The ceiling spot in the wet room hung open from the ceiling and was not fixed correctly. Especially in the bathroom area with moisture, this is a serious safety risk.
• Provisional electrical wiring behind a piece of furniture: Cable with Wago terminals freely accessible. It seems improvised and doesn't belong in a guest room.
• Damaged sockets or loose covers.
• Multiple socket with torn housing.
• Dirty furniture surfaces and stains on the room front.
• Curtain top out of guide or poorly mounted.
• Significant pressure points or dirt on the mattress.
After our complaint we got another room. There, the electrics were at least fine, but the room overall was not much cleaner or more neat.
The impression therefore unfortunately remains the same: The rooms seem inadequately maintained and controlled overall.
It is understandable that higher prices are charged during a trade fair. At around €350 per night, however, the basic quality and safety of a room should be right. In this state, the price-performance ratio simply does not fit.

Unfortunately very old B&B hotel.
Former IBIS bunker.
Absolutely getting old.
Unfortunately, I had a room which probably hasn't been cleaned for a little while - it was dusty everywhere.
The staff is friendly, and parking in the underground garage is free

We arrived the day before our plane trip, were able to park our car in the underground garage for 3 weeks. We were taken to the airport by taxi and everything worked out wonderfully.
Very nice and friendly staff.
Anytime again!
