Everything good, except for the service in the JU 52! Refuses to bring peanuts to the beer garden 🙄 Beer garden prices significantly above the local average. Hotel is good.

Friendly staff in all areas. Good breakfast. Shuttle bus connection to Terminal 3 is optimal.

The staff was always eager to fulfill our requests, and always in a friendly manner. For instance, upon arrival we only found one duvet and one set of towels, which was immediately rectified. The non-functioning blind on the sunny side was compensated for with a drink. Overall a relaxing stay. It was remarkable that a free rebooking due to our illness was possible without any issues.
