Leonardo Hotel Frankfurt Airport

Great hotel, nice location, friendly staff.

My wife got an upgrade to get a suite ( 603 ). When we were in the room, we realized that the toilet goggles were broken. This was immediately claimed by us. There came a lady who took a picture of the toilet. We felt like we had done this damage. No apology or regret and even worse NO smile. The following day the glasses were renewed. Note: did the cleaning lady not see the damage? We save ourselves further negative evaluation.

For a concert in the nearby stadium, we stayed here. A very nice place, with friendly and helpful people at reception and bar. We were able to stay a bright and cozy room in the 4th. Floor move, well equipped, comfortable bed, pleasant climate, but with cramped space. Very quiet it is in the house and so we could sleep pleasantly and relaxed. Very pleasant was that everything in the hotel was geared towards this event and we therefore felt very comfortable, especially in the dining area. If there's another concert coming up, I'm sure we'll come back here. Thank you!
