NH Villa an der Messe

I am staying from May 18 to 21, 2026, for an event in Frankfurt, and I did not like the experience. I do not think I will repeat it. The room they assigned me does not match the photos. It is a small attic room, and I booked this place thinking I would get one of the rooms they show on the different pages. They do not have air conditioning; they only have heat at the moment, and the reception is asking me to open the window. I am feeling hot because the sun shines in the room all day. The room does not have a phone, and I have to keep going down to ask or say anything. If they give you the fifth floor, try to cancel or request a room change. As for the bathroom, the light fixtures do not even have a bulb protector; I have difficulty seeing myself in the mirror, the soap is only for the body, and they do not have any for the head. Regarding the old room key, it is super large and heavy; I cannot comment much because it fits the style of each hotel, but it could be updated. And the breakfast is very small in quantity. I have paid a large amount of money for almost a week, and I do not feel that the stay here was worth it; I did not rest. One is supposed to book accommodation to be able to rest after the event.

Nice hotel in a good location with very good value for money. Room was large and in the style of a boutique hotel with chandelier etc. Especially. Beds very pleasant. Room and bathroom very clean. The breakfast was good, the driveway to the underground garage narrow but below is ample space.

This is a great hotel in a nice location near the train station however it is a mile or so from downtown area. Rooms are nice and big, bathroom is really big and roomy. Separate room for the bathroom was nice too. One big complaint, we booked through a secondary web site and when we checked in, we asked if it included breakfast. We were told it did. he breakfast is nice both nothing that we would have gone out of our way to order - it was just convenient. When checking out, we were told that it was $42 a day for the two breakfasts. When I said we had been told it was included (our other hotel on this trip had breakfast included). They said very rudely, you need to read your reservation, it is not our fault you were told it was included. Would not stay again due to this rip off. Shame because it is a nice hotel.
