Novum Business Hotel Imperial Frankfurt Messe

We chose the hotel because it was the closest to the apartment of friends we visited. The not-so-cheap price and belonging to a big chain have suggested that it will be okay ..... and it was maybe a few decades ago, now it is just downscaled. A few half-hearted renovation attempts may have been made, but they don't change that either.

The entrance area of the hotel has come of age. I noticed the breakfast particularly negatively. It's served lovelessly. There were only boiled eggs. No more egg dishes even though the containers for them were available. There were three female powers in the kitchen. One sat listlessly in the corner. One sipped on her cappuchino, and the third spoke extensively and loudly in a foreign language. In front of the hotel, the tram passes by which means that a peaceful sleep was unthinkable. Now the positive points: Pillow was perfect for me and the room & bathroom are renovated. Wi-Fi also works quite well. Hence the 3 stars (points).

We are deeply disappointed in this hotel.We were customers for years and my husband could not start his trip for health reasons, because he works abroad for the military and although we have informed and described the case, the hotel has actually charged us THE WHOLE SUM for a room including breakfast for 4 next.So I advise everyone to book a room here.This is simply fraud if you settle the whole sum on no-show.Normally the first day is credited and the next days the room can continue to be booked by new guests.The business method at this hotel is just incredibly unfair and emails are simply ignored instead of finding a FAIR solution. We will advise all our guests, business partners, families and friends and all Trip advisor readers against this hotel!
