Hello, I would like to report several issues with my room: * No tissues in the room * No toilet seat cover * The toilet flush is almost broken * No complimentary water provided Honestly, this is below the expected hotel standard and not acceptable for the amount paid. I kindly request an urgent solution or compensation. Thank you.

This Hotel cannpt be trusted. They lost my luggage and will not compensate despite agreeing to do so. police did investigate and confirmed luggage lost whilst in the car of the Hotel. I assumed the Hotel was owned or within the ramada organistion worldwide. This is not he case. this hotel rents the name from Wyndham Hotels in the US. Wyndham refused to help. Nobody cares. Stay there at your own risk entirely.

Absolutely inadequate for the amount spent and for the surreal area in which it is positioned. Dirty, smelly, with no essential maintenance. Unempathetic staff.
