We have booked this hotel with our family and can only strongly advise against it. The condition of the hotel is unacceptable in our view. However, the situation right outside the entrance was particularly frightening: There we were openly offered drugs. Such an experience is completely unacceptable to us – especially when travelling with children. We never felt safe at all. Due to these circumstances, we stopped the stay prematurely. However, we find the handling of our complaint even more serious: Despite direct contact, we have not received any feedback from the hotel to date. For us, this shows a clear lack of interest in the safety and satisfaction of guests. From our point of view, this hotel is neither family friendly nor recommended.

Great hotel in Frankfurt that lives up to the Premier Inn quality. Lovely staff who speak good English. The breakfast is good quality. The rooms are as expected clean and comfortable. It’s an interesting area to stay. Being close to the station provides lots of convenience but it also means that there are lot of homeless/ refugees/ alcoholics/ drug addicts around. However for the 4 nights we stopped there we were never approached by any of them or harassed in anyway. There were plenty of police around. There are quite a few quality hotels in the area so I guess it will improve.

We stayed for 6 nights. Hotel is nice, staff are really helpful and friendly, the rooms are spotless. Beds are very comfortable, had a great sleep. Location: Very close to the main train stations with trams outside the hotel. The area isn't the nicest, there are groups of people that hang around outside the hotel that can be a little intimidating, but the hotel itself felt very safe! Nobody outside the hotel goes into the hotel itself. You need your room key to gain access to the stairs & lifts. Having read up on the area, the hotel is in talks to get the groups moved from the surrounding area. We had no trouble with the groups. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the Skyline shopping centre. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Thank you to all the team at Premier Inn.
