Average. Okay for one night. Close to the main train station. Cool atmosphere in the hotel and in the room. In the room strong smell of detergent. Breakfast okay. For the price rather disappointing.

INVITE Hotel Fulda City gets a huge recommendation from us. We arrived 2 adults and 3 children and were greeted by the sweetest staff. We checked in two spacious rooms in the finest standard. Small candy bags for the kids, extra bedroom, plenty of towels etc. We paid a total of 1045 DKK for 1 night with the 2 rooms. In addition 34 euros for city tax and a super nice breakfast, where all three children (2, 7 and 9 years old) ate free. The buffet opened at 6:30, so we could quickly get on the way again. (Just now (July 2025) there is a facade renovation at the hotel, but it does not matter for the stay).

Good location near train station. We did not take advantage of the car park, but because we arrived late and for only one night, we were able to park on the street for free til 8am. Reception staff very nice. Because of remodeling the blinds were broken due do Scaffolding. I hope they are getting replaced. But good value for one night.
