Quality Hotel Dresden West

We had reserved a room. It started right at check-in. The system had crashed, so the small key safe at the entrance did not open. We called the mobile number that was posted at the entrance. This person put us down and could not help us further. This person should be the manager. By chance, there was still a staff member in the building who opened the safe for us. She was very nice and apologized for the inconveniences. We also had no Wi-Fi, and the air conditioning did not work even though it was advertised on the site. I cannot recommend this hotel further. There were many foreign workers there who smoked and drank their beers in front of the hotel in the evening. Of course, in front of the entrance, in this heat. The smoke then drifted into the rooms.
