Zum Kluverbaum

One of the worst hotels I've ever been to. Very dated, dirty, poorly maintained and visibly suffering from mold. The atmosphere was chilly and impersonal, there was hardly any hospitality. Our stay was so disappointing that we decided to leave early. Even the breakfast we did not use anymore because our confidence in the quality was completely gone. This hotel does not meet the minimum expectations you can have of a hotel. Absolutely not recommended.

Checked in, saw the room and checked out straight away. The hallway and the room smell musty. There are water stains on the ceiling. The carpet is beyond dirty. In the bathroom there is just mold around the shower. The shower walls are barely moveable because they are so rusty and covered in dirt. If you stand in this shower you are dirtier afterwards than before. When I saw the room I checked out straight away. I definitely do not recommend the hotel. The pictures online are definitely not up to date.

The hotel is cosy and clean. It is older, so furniture is rather historical. It is in a quiet area ideally located directly next to train stop with trains going every half an hour directly from Hauptbahnhof. On the other side the neighbor is a supermarket with good prices. A lovely breakfast is included. Price is the best I could find in Bremen including breakfast. We were a group of 8 people and all of us were very happy with the accommodation. Group discount from 10 people is possible and it can host also bigger groups. The owner prepared everything and the organization was smooth and flexible. Very recommended (if you want rather a cozy than a luxurious hotel, though some rooms are quite fancy too and have all needed). Gladly again!
