Very nice staff who are informal and address you informally. That's fine. The room was OK, but unfortunately much too warm. The bed has a nice-looking border, but this poses a certain risk of injury. The walls in the hotel are unfortunately only one color: dark green. Unfortunately, this makes it look very dark in many places. The entrance area and the restaurant, on the other hand, are beautifully designed. I found the food really bad. There is no sausage for breakfast, as they want to make it clear to guests that vegetarian options are also possible. To be honest, I prefer to decide for myself whether I want to have a vegetarian breakfast. There was also little choice of bread, there were no rolls at all. All in all, unfortunately, it was just not a good breakfast. The evening meal was a disappointment. Most of the dishes were cold, the meat was tough, and the fish was much too cooked and hard. The selection was also rather poor for a buffet. All in all, a real disappointment. The lunch was unfortunately no better either. Asian-style noodles with no flavor at all, and they were way too soft. This hotel has a serious problem with the kitchen.

Sustainability used as an excuse for cost savings, compromising your comfort, experience, and options... Good: This Hotel has very nice surroundings, and good renovated looks. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are minimal, but still comfortable, and for me the beds were very good (sheets and pillows). I was visiting on a business event, and the package included all meals, which were mainly vegetarian, but well cooked and tasty. Not good: Room services: with the excuse of being sustainable, rooms aren't clean every day...and in reality also beds were not made, for my complete stay of 3 nights... In that time they perform one single visit on last day around 6 pm, and a guy made the bathroom in not more than 3 minutes... Absolutely a no go for the price and hotel category... The manager try to explain us the philosophy of being sustainable and save chemicals by the cleaning but... You can be sustainable and still make the beds every day (not need to exchange sheets), check if some additional things are necessary (empty the baskets, give a small clean with a tissue and water, or even use a broom to clean the floor if needed... You will not damage the environment, but maybe you would need to invest in more staff, which might also be good for the society... Breakfast: You have almost no choice... Very few cheese types, some Jams and one fatty butter....No meat (Salami, ham...)... At one day there were scrambled eggs (lucky)... but in other days only boiled eggs.... No yogurt! After 3 days trying to find something to eat, I was happy to find me at home at my fridge again... Very disappointing... It is a pity that they made so much cuts, which damage the experience you could have had at this hotel... maybe they will be able to find a better balance, and also give choices to who would prefer to have them...!!!!!

The actual hotel is good. We liked the training rooms. There are very interesting books on display. The whole thing seems interesting and modern. The food was good, the outdoor area was great. Actually, I liked almost everything. I was there with over 20 people. Almost everyone didn't like the room because of the bad smell. Most of the rooms were very musty and warm. I personally don't mind being too warm. However, my room was extremely full of chemical smells. After searching for a while, I noticed that the curtains had been sprayed with something. I thought about whether I should complain. But we were there as a group and I didn't feel like going through the drama. There was a large sliding window and a balcony in front of it that also leads to the other rooms. I then left my valuables in a colleague's room and left the window open all evening until 11 p.m. In my opinion, the service staff who cleaned the room completely failed. Without the room issue, I could have given it 4-5 stars.
