Hotel near Frankfurt Central Station. I was a little surprised because I didn't know that there was no security near the Hauptbahnhof. I think it's fine if it's not late, but the hotel is fine except for the surrounding conditions.

Old hotel, but renovated, large room, separate bathroom. The advantage is to be located 650 m from Central Station(trains, metro) . Without cable TV channels(absurd, only 15 German channels), absolutely nothing to watch: in 2026 is a big technological lag. Breakfast regular to good, needs to vary more for those who stay 5 days. Cleaning / faxine: ugly, unbelievable.

We booked two nights, later adding a reservation for a third day. Bookings confirmed with price shown on Accor email. Already on arrival there was an attempt at a “scam”. The receptionist said that we had to pay 100,00€ more than THEIR email. After more than half an hour of discussion the receptionist admits his mistake and we pay for the entire stay. On the morning of check out, instead of leaving the keys like others and leaving, we kindly give them to another receptionist. We are blocked because it required us 60,00€. A scam. Despite seeing the emails sent by ACCOR he in a rude and arrogant tone demanded this difference. Rudeness without limits. When we started to raise our voices too, after, yet another phone call to perhaps a director, he finally printed us the receipt, without charging us anything. Scammers. Be careful! To avoid if you don't want to be screwed.
