I had a lovely stay at this hotel, and what made the experience truly special was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. My first impression of the hotel was through Merlin at the front desk, and he was the perfect first face to represent the place. He was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind. He took the time to explain everything about the hotel, recommend places to visit, and share useful information about the area. His genuine friendliness made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I would also like to mention Qudsia at the front desk, who was equally warm and helpful. Marco, who was working in the evening, was also very hospitable and made my stay more pleasant. Nunzi, who was taking care of the breakfast area in the mornings, was another wonderful member of the team. She was always kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made starting the day with breakfast a lovely experience. The morning breakfast itself was really nice, with a pleasant atmosphere and a good selection to enjoy. Overall, the hotel has a beautiful ambience. Although the building has an old charm, it offers great amenities and a comfortable experience. The location is convenient, with the station, buses, and trams within walking distance. There are also many interesting places nearby to explore, including the old town of Horst. A big thank you to the entire team, especially Merlin, for making my stay memorable.

Great location, friendly staff, comfy rooms, and amazing breakfast! We booked adjoining rooms for our family of four. The check-in process and staff were amazing. The breakfast was over the top! So many amazing options!
