I have been to this hotel several times, but my last stay was unfortunately disappointing. The air conditioning did not work in my first room, which is why I changed rooms immediately. Unfortunately, it did not work in the second room either. The front desk wanted to send a technician, but even upon my return, the air conditioning was still out of order.
Since the room was not on the sunny side, it was at least not extremely hot. I still could not sleep well, however. In general, in my experience, the air conditioning in this hotel is very weak and barely cools the rooms down. That is precisely why it is especially annoying when it fails completely as well.
It is a shame, as I actually enjoyed visiting the hotel based on my previous stays.
