Best Western Wetzlar

Nice hotel and polite staff. Bar is not the best and not open very late. Rooms were nice and beds comfortable. Unfortunately we noticed someone had been in our room while we was out and we had not been notified. Things had been moved and some new lights had appeared that did not work.

The stay was okay. Issues appear after checkout. Invoice is wrong and they charge twice in the credit card. Already tried to contact the hotel several times via email but there is no answer from them. Terrible customer service.

We were four in this hotel and were very happy with our single rooms The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom tip top, the room very spacious. There was even a kettle with tea and soluble coffee, albeit a bit hidden, the breakfast was super delicious, there was everything you need, even a pancake vending machine and fresh rolls, spreads etc for vegans. We also liked the butter portioner. Unfortunately, the TVs did not work, but the hotel could not do anything on request, was a disturbance from the provider,
