Celler Hof

The hotel has aged. We had no hot water. The breakfast was mediocre. The breakfast room (tinted windows, light shaft) was overcrowded and uncomfortable. Our room had a view of a wall, and there were plenty of pigeons in the light shaft.

Hotel in a historic building, right in the central square of the city, opposite the cathedral, immediately behind it starts the main street with a fahwerk. The room is small, but quite cozy. The patio windows, so it was very quiet. There is a minibar that can be used as a fridge. Regular German breakfast (already included in the room price), quite full for the start of the day. The friendly staff. Marked a few downsides, so lowered the score. No kettle, still could use a 3*. The bed is very hard, someone might be uncomfortable. There was a problem with the shower hose, reported at reception, hopefully fixed. In general, a pleasant clean hotel with an ideal location, suitable for business trips or exploring the city. The town of Celle itself is magnificent.

Hotel located in the city center with private parking for a fee. The rooms are narrow, the bathrooms very small and not very clean. It is definitely not worthy of having 3 stars. In particular I found shower and sinks full of hair. The cup is arranged so that you can't stand up straight because there is the column in front. With what it costs I would definitely not recommend it!
