The hotel is old and the track next door is noisy. No air conditioning at 33 degrees is really hard. Despite having a fan in our room. Breakfast was middle class nothing special and staff at the deck were friendly but cool. We booked the hotel because of the spa area, which was ok but away's puds had played off with wakers. We will not book the hotel again

A hotel that over the years has dropped significantly in quality. Both rooms and restaurant are under average. Furthermore, Goslar is a city that closes after 20:00... even during the high season in July.

City centre hotel, bit grubby, no AC and the room was almost unbearably hot. Staff were keen to help and always polite and friendly. The hotel is not remotely as spectacular as the online pics make it look.
