There were a few shortcomings during the stay. These have not been eliminated. After the cleaning we did not receive any more shower towels. You simply have not found a solution for this, or want to find it. Contact with management has also been difficult and unsuccessful until now.

Very impersonal reception with the words "Please check in online". Subsequently, the reception was no longer staffed, there were no contact persons. The rooms are without air conditioning and it was without fan or similar really very hot, almost unbearable in the room. The location alone makes the hotel recommended.

Brief intro - I am travelling through Europe as a 60 year old traveller over the past 2 months with a few simple criteria to make my trip more memorable - • I only stay at hotels below €95 that includes breakfast • must be within 1km from the Central Station of the town I'm visiting, • I do not stay in any city for more than 3 nights I mention this as I am in a lot of hotels in this price bracket so comparisonsate updated and relevant. When I got to the front of Thüringer my heart sank, but do not judge a book by its cover. It's modern, funky, yet well appointed and functional. Large room, amazing shower and probably the best hotel I have stayed in so far. Receptionist friendly, efficient and check in a breeze. All my request via the booking attended to, unlike some other hotels that never read your simple requirements. Lots of charge points in places that are practical (not behind a side table or behind the bed) Breakfast super. Variety, choice, fresh and caters for all tastes. For once all the booking sites such as Trivago, Booking.com, Hotels.com and TripAdvisor have got it spot on as some of the high scores I read on other hotels are questionable. A little niggle, bottled water in room would be nice. Not very sound proof so you d hear doors opening and sounds from outside but will not change my view on staying here again.
