Copthorne Hotel Hannover

Because we had already been to this hotel years ago, we chose it again. The room was fine and the staff was correct. However, dinner and breakfast—both buffet—were rather average, with plenty of room for improvement. The selection was sufficient, but many dishes were only lukewarm. The bar closed early, probably because there were too few guests.

I am very pleased with this stay. My wishes were attentively fulfilled – I was able to enjoy the benefits of Diamond status. Mr. Flax (I hope I remember correctly) was very friendly and helpful at check-in; thank you for that. The suite was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was rich, fresh and left nothing to be desired. I was particularly enthusiastic about the omelets, I think they are better than in many other hotels: The chef prepared them excellently and I liked them very much. I also enjoyed the hot tub quietly well in the morning. Thank you again, and I look forward to staying in May.
