Hannover is a favourite city of mine, after living here many years ago, its lovely to come back and visit. The Grand Hotel Mussmann is right in heart of the city outside the bright and inviting front of the main station. This very traditional hotel (Still uses physical keys) is high quality with large spacious rooms. Fabulously clean with a quaint buffet breakfast area in the basement. There is no exterior noise from the rooms as far as i could tell.
The room was well equipped, clean with multiple well located plug sockets (no usb) and blackout curtains. Service from the staff is exemplary. Nothing seems too much trouble.
