Hannover City Pension

Ideally located a few minutes walk from the main train station it is very quiet and even provided with some free parking. The facilities and interior correspond more to the classification of “hotel” than “Pension”. The cleanliness is not objectionable. The rather simpler exterior aspect and the neighborhood in the “Red Light Milijö” should not deter from staying overnight. The classification “Pension” is due to the lack of staff to operate the existing restoration - so: apply people! However, a rich food offer around the main station can also be recommended. My wife and I can also highlight the kindness and sovereignty of the staff. Very good value for money. We will definitely try to make a stop there during our next stay in Hanover!

I stayed at the Hannover-City-Pension for just one night. The hotel is discreet, my room was small but functional, if anything the bathroom was a little too small with the toilet too close to the shower, but I still survived. The two receptionists I spoke to were both friendly. The location was convenient because it was a two minute walk from the FlixBus stop and also close to the central station. In short, a discreet place that can be a good option... clearly as long as the brothel literally next to the hotel is not a problem.

Last min booking for my friend and i. Lovely guy at reception who kindly let us pick a room as we had alot of luggage. Room was small but clean and tidy. Even held our luggage for us as we had an evening flight. Shame no breakfast on offer but it is in early developmental stages. Handy that the Aldi is across the road so sourcing breakfast isnt an issue, we were kindly given plates and cutlery to accommodate our own breakfast. Yes there is a brothel next door but the entrance to this is nowhere near the hotel entrance and you do not hear anything from this building. The road is quiet and safe. Lovely hotel and would stay again just to see how it develops in the future.
