Hotel Central Hannover

Disgusting for the price, the lady at the reception was very unfriendly. Elevator feels like it’s from 1960, parking garage atmosphere. Stairwell old, dirty, dusty plastic palms. The stairwell smells of food; the kitchen door from the restaurant next door is located in the stairwell. Hallway has a dirty carpet. Hotel room doors are cheap wooden doors. Very simply furnished and cramped. The tiles in the bathroom have not been scrubbed clean for ages. There is hardly any light in the bathroom. The radiator and walls are dirty. There is mold in the shower. The television is crooked, and there are hardly any outlets. The blinds are stuck at half-mast. It is very loud in the backyard. Parking is offered, but you do not have it. Once and never again. The location is central, though.

Have given the hotel another chance after a 2 year break. Unfortunately, a wrong decision.... The buffet was an absolute disaster. Raw ham lay totally grey and dry on the plate at 9.30am. Pineapple gathered (total brown). 2 types of cheese. 70% blue cheese.. Nobody ate... Everyone wondered if there are only 2 types of cheese in a 4 star hotel. The complete buffet absolutely lowest level.. The 1 plus is the nice and competent staff, 2. Point nice sitting and pleasant ambience... No need to invite friends and family there. You are unpleasantly touched and ashamed...

The location is great, there is a backyard where you can park. The room was very small but clean. Without breakfast, but right next to it there is the possibility to have very good breakfast, all good!
