A beautiful location with first-class, very attentive staff, just as one would wish for as a guest. In the morning, there is a wonderful, rich breakfast where no wish remains unfulfilled. We would particularly like to highlight the professional approach of the reservation manager, Ms. Gansau-Rose. Helpful, productive, and incredibly eager to truly satisfy the guest, great! Thank you very much, Ms. Gansau-Rose; thanks to the room change, you were significantly involved in ensuring that we had such a wonderful stay at "das Ahlbeck" with our dog. We look forward to coming back again 😊

A competent and friendly lady handled the booking of the room (with a beautiful ocean view) including the underground parking space. Since we had already checked in online, everything was already prepared upon arrival. A very nice welcome was followed by brief information regarding meal times and the locations of the spa facilities. The rooms are modern and spacious. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired; anyone who doesn't find something here or get full has only themselves to blame. The pools included in the spa area are very clean and at a comfortable temperature. The infinity pool with a view from the 1st floor of the Baltic Sea. Small extra requests on my part were responded to "immediately," always calmly and extremely friendly. The price is at a high level during the peak season, but it is absolutely appropriate for the amenities, the offerings, and the excellent service. We will definitely be back; it was a lovely one-week vacation. Dirk Einer

Super hotel. We have already been there 29 times, and the 30th... ...time is coming up. The stay is already booked. Extremely friendly staff, extremely clean, and the best breakfast ever. Thank you very much.
