In the wellness area, you do not get the things you paid for. You are given incomplete information about the treatments, and a refund for services not rendered is refused.

We booked a trip to Binz last April for August. It was through Revolut and non refundable. My husband got an aggressive cancer diagnosis needing urgent surgery meaning we could not travel during our booked dates. Revolut reached out to this hotel once we’d provided doctors letter etc. they refused refund - disappointing but somewhat understandable despite the terrible circumstances. Though Raddison refunded our non refundable reservation for another part of our trip. I reached out to this hotel directly to explain. I got no acknowledgment of my email or even a response. Very disappointed and will not be staying in any of this chain of hotels.
