The second time booked, 2023 were already there, and the second time also fully satisfied - the great team, the facility, the childcare, the duplex room, the fun program, the food - there is simply nothing to complain about. Maybe except that the kids are mad when it goes back home :-)

After two previous stays we booked another apartment through booking.com for 7 people – this time for the May holidays with a family friend. The offer seemed fitting: 2 bedrooms and a children's room. But then a months-long ordeal began. Although we had correctly stated all persons, only a part was recorded in the confirmation. Booking.com offered an apartment for more people than the hotel actually accepts – a misleading and opaque system. We were able to substantiate the entire booking history with screenshots as we had coordinated it with the family friend in real time. Nevertheless, neither booking.com nor the hotel took responsibility. Instead of a solution, there was only a request to book a second room without discount – for their mistakes. The free cancellation was initially strongly rejected. It was only after we announced and filed the error challenge – shortly before we wanted to take legal action – that the cancellation was finally accepted. But even after that, the full amount was still charged to our credit card. Reaction to renewed questions was delayed. Only after days were we assured of a return transfer – but not by credit card, but only by bank transfer. We submitted our account details a week ago. To date, no money has been received and our messages remain unanswered. Conclusion: We were unable to make this journey due to this irresponsible behaviour. What was planned as a family holiday ended in stress, countless hours of communication and financial losses. Absolutely not recommended – this hotel and booking through booking.com should be avoided.

were four (K1 4.5 and K2 1.5) for 10 days in one of the duplex apartments which are very nice and new. Very nice that you could order in advance everything necessary for toddlers, what was also in the apartment on the day of arrival. Overall everything was very clean and tidy, the staff very friendly. We really liked the atmosphere. The Resort is set to all-inclusive bookings. The kitchenette has a sink, a small fridge and 2 hotplates but cooking is not really possible. The food was varied and very good. The swimming pool is great and centrally located in the complex and we ultimately visited it because so uncomplicated, more often than we had planned. The magnificent beach is easily accessible in a 15 min walk. On the small promenade there is also a new, quite pretty playground. We would go again and can only recommend it for families with smaller children
