We were here after 33 years and found that time had stopped. The bungalow is okay. That's about it, though. The equipment looks like a hodgepodge of social department stores. The hot water tank was nailed to the wall in the living room, certainly for reasons of space. There would certainly be ways to make everything a bit more pleasing here. The sanitary area is okay, but lacks one or the other storage option in the bathroom. The oversized wall mirror doesn't rip anything out. And rough fiber wallpaper painted with washable paint is more reminiscent of a youth hostel. The living room windows, with single-pane glazing, hidden behind curtains in the 1960s style, are apparently still a relic from the era of the bungalows' construction. By the way, a plastic table next to three chairs does not yet make a terrace. And where would the third person sit if the occupancy were exhausted? It can be mentioned that the pedestrian parking is free of charge. The surroundings are beautiful, the area close to the hotel looks welcoming and tidy. The beach is within walking distance. The one breakfast in the hotel area, on the day of departure, was also just okay and contradicted the self-promotion. That business is tough is not news. But that is precisely why the multitude of such errors is unacceptable. It is doubtful that future families and pensioners can and will still afford such prices.

You can stay here as well as eat well. But what you can also recommend here are the two fashion events that are held here. Chic: Casual in summer/June for 3 years and for over 20 years as part of the Wild Weeks, the Wild Fashion Dinner. Experience fashion and designers up close with personal conversations.

A small note in advance: The following review has apparently been removed from Booking by the hotel operator. Staff e.g. T. patchy, instructive, loud and rebuking. Very rude, like to cut off the word. Pool dirty, all massage jets and waterfall shower broken. Mold and softened wood on door frame. Broken TV in the room, broken window, no fly screens. Thatched roof dilapidated. Canoe deployment site completely neglected and overgrown. Beds laid through, pillows lumpy. All in all an overall unkempt impression. Price is definitely not justified.
