Everything okay, only the room was poorly cleaned

Overall, everything was fine. The value for money is also appropriate. A nice, functional room. However, the floor was a bit dusty. The proximity to the main train station is perfect.

Terrible experience at the reception we arrived at one oclock and were told the room wasnt ready yet so we sat down and waited thinking it would be ready soon,During the time which we waited a total of 12 German couples came and checked straight in,I asked the male receptionist various times if our room was ready and received the same answer no not yet,he made no effort to ring housekeeping and get an update Finally at 15.10 he told us the room was ready .
