Central location, friendly staff, nice roof terrace. Unfortunately, this ends the list of positive points. The rooms are quite worn out and partly tiny. Even the lighting (actually hardly available) does not create any quality of stay in the room. The rooms facing the courtyard are under a fire escape and, as in the basement, under an area used extensively and communicatively by the cleaners in front of the room windows for smoking - apparently desired by the management, otherwise there would be no (overcrowded) standing ashtray. Accordingly, the room smells like a pub from the last millennium when you first enter. “Skin thing clean,” is also a common saying. While showering I had to see how clearly foreign hair was running down... The breakfast room is also tiny, extremely tightly seated at the smallest tables and also much too tightly designed at the buffet, everything is like playing Tetris. Canned fruit salads, factory rolls of inconceivably poor quality, etc., all help to ensure that guests do not exhaust their breakfast timeslot to be chosen the night before. From me at this point really absolutely no recommendation for this hotel offer. For those who only care about the location, a bed will not find anything you want anymore. Level of a youth hostel at significantly higher prices.

Mercure is now Boulevard - otherwise nothing has changed. The location is det best aspect of the whole house. The hotel has the charm and facilities of the 1990s. The staff are friendly endeavors, breakfast average.

Great hotel for a few nights. Friendly and helpful staff, right in the city center, clean rooms and everything well arranged. We have not used the parking spaces so no experience with that this time. Definitely worth repeating.
