very good location, breakfast very good, service very good, room very good, cleanliness very good, having several dogs in the breakfast room takes some getting used to

We have been coming to this hotel for a few years now, unfortunately we were disappointed by the cleanliness. It was dusty, cobwebs everywhere, behind the bathroom door there was a lot of dust on the edge of the tiles, the shower was dirty and there was hair on the bed.

The accommodation did not feel ready for occupancy upon arrival. Unfortunately, one had to go to the reception several times for basic things (one should not actually have to chase after these, they MUST simply be available). Unfortunately, there was no hand soap available, and there was only a single started roll of toilet paper for 4 people. Since one actually spends time on the beach, one always brings residual sand back to the room; it's not bad, one sweeps through quickly. If only a hand brush and dustpan had been there. So, enough complaining. The staff was nice and helpful at all times of the day. Children, even the little ones who are not always quiet, are welcome. They were even allowed into the spa (great, in bad weather), and nothing was ever said in the restaurants either. Thank you for the service and the patience. Despite everything, we will gladly come back.
